Breaking News: I Have Hair

Check it out! I'm rocking a bow WITH NO HEADBAND! The bow is indeed clipped to actual strands of hair. I'm pretty sure I'm a future blond, so I still kind of look bald. But I really am sprouting a nice little mane.

This picture was snapped by the paparazzi at the gay chorus concert this weekend. Mommy Chick and I worked in the lobby pimping a DVD we produced.

I am wearing a custom-made dress, designed for me by one of Daddy Dude's patients. She has a little business and keeps threatening to open an online store, but so far has not. We will let you know as soon as that gets rolling.

MC is wearing, don't judge, a dress from Macy's junior department. She is far from being a "junior" so I was a bit confused. But it totally makes sense...she needed something sassy and trendy, yet didn't want to commit much cash. MC still melting away some pounds, so I agree that investing in something pricey would be silly.

We paid $24.99 for this little dress. Here is a similar one for the same price:

Valentine's Day, Juicy Stroller and Elin Woods

This is my first V-Day on the outside.  Last year at this time I was the size of a cumquat living in Mommy Chick's tummy.

MC and I went to the mall looking for Daddy Dude something fabulous.  We love to shop in what we call the "gay section" of the Macys men's department.  You know how we know it's the gay section?

This is how we know:  skinny jeans and a canary yellow cardigan.  DD would totally rock this Jonas Brothers look if MC wanted him to, but she tries to use her power for good, not evil.

We didn't go to just any mall...we went to the really fabulous mall.  You know, the one that has all the luxury stores, but that is not even the best part.  Not only is this the mall where Tiger Woods allegedly hooked up with pancake waitresses at the Blue Martini, but this is the mall where his beautiful wife, Elin, is often spotted shopping!

I was prepared to possibly run into her, and then she and MC would become best friends.  I wore my little Trumpette Mary Jane Socks as to make a good first impression.

Anyway, Elin didn't get to meet us today.  But you know what we did see?  The Maclaren Juicy Couture stroller, live and in action!  It had a real baby in it and everything.  The baby was crying and clearly did not appreciate the glory in which his mother was pushing him.

Yep, him.  It was a toddler boy zipping around the mall in this yummy, pink stroller.  I'm so not judging, but I think the look would be complete with some skinny jeans and a little guyliner.

Shopping Success!

Remember I told you my Guncle Chris was coming to town for our annual shopping extravaganza? Well he surprised me and brought his sister Princess Jasmine and her dreamy husband! Even better than that, we found lots of good loot...on sale.

I loved my Baby Gap experience (minus the stroller traffic jam in there) and am now the proud owner of skinny jeans and a furry vest. Not everyone can pull off skinny jeans, but they really work on my apple-bottom-diaper butt.

The vest is normally $26, we we snagged it for $22.99.

These jeans are $25. I know they must be high end, because the tag says they are made in Pakistan. I like to pronounce it "Pock-uh-Stawn" like President Obama says. Mommy Chick says he only started pronouncing it like that after he became president.

MC scored the Michael Kors Bromley boot for herself. It is an over the knee boot with a flat heel, so she'll still look respectable at play groups. It retails for $250, but we found it at Macys for $159. If Daddy Dude had answered his phone to give us his Macys card number, we would have gotten it for $129, but he was busy playing golf.
The absolute highlight of the day was binging on boobie milk in my awesome New Native sling. Check out the man next to us on a bench. He is clueless that I am feasting on Starbucks flavored milk!
If you visit New Native's website, you can also donate to "The Friends of Bonding." It is a group that helps provides slings and carriers to mommies who cannot afford them. That way, they can bond with their monkeys and amuse their friends by breastfeeding in front of unwitting strangers. That's what I call a "win win situation"!
